- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed. Went over my situation in detail on the phone, made a 'second look' appointment for the next day, showed up, and was told that they could not see me during my appointment time because they only do second look appointments after April 18th. They also require that I file my taxes first before they do the second look. Both pieces of information would have been good to know prior to arriving for my scheduled appointment. I also learned (from another H & R Block) that they do indeed do second looks prior to April 18th and you do not have to file your taxes first.By DAWN Snow, December 30, 2016
